We have had wonderful personable care from all the staff at Rick's Family Orthodontics. We are truly blessed and pleased with the terrific results of our two sons teeth after receiving braces. I even asked for a new retainer made for myself, since mine was so outdated and wouldn't fit. Dr. Rick's staff was able to make one and I'm very pleased with it and the how comfortable it is. I would truly recommend Rick's Family Orthodontics to anyone.

Dr. Ricks and the staff are very nice, attentive and take customer service to the next level. Our son was a little nervous to get his braces on but Dr. Ricks and the staff definitely made him feel comfortable. Dr. Ricks took the time to get to know our son and then explained everything in easy to understand terms. We are so fortunate to have an orthodontist like Dr. Ricks in the Northeast part of town. It is nice not having to trek halfway across Bakersfield for monthly appointments knowing our son is getting the best care at Ricks Family Orthodontics.
